We ordered our trailer from a dealer in Bismarck, Dakota in 2002. It is a big 40 feet long. It has one bedroom and an office room. The office is used for our business. It features 10 cu feet of refrigerator, two 40 pounds propane tanks, two 1500 BTU w heat pump air conditioners and two heat furnaces, one 10 gallons of water heater. Two axles are 8600 pounds each, Moyle rubber spring. Pin weight is 2800 pounds, GVWR is 20,000 pounds. Future addition include slide awning, propane generator, solar power and auto TV.
